I called last minute after the barbershop I originally booked with just didn’t open—despite having an appointment and their posted hours saying they’d be open. They ignored my calls, so I reached out to Sport Clips, and they told me they could still get me in as long as I arrived before closing. That alone already meant a lot. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming. We chatted, laughed, and the whole experience felt comfortable—not rushed at all. They listened to how I wanted my haircut, took their time, and absolutely nailed it. I walked out feeling fresh and confident again. The ladies working there were kind, professional, and clearly work hard to make sure customers leave satisfied. Definitely earned my business and my respect today. Highly recommend!

Once you get your time slot, everything runs pretty smoothly. I’m not going to tell you who my stylist is there because I certainly don’t want to have to wait longer to see her! But whoever you see, they will do a great job very professional. He had fun.

His hair was a complete disaster, but his stylist listened very well to everything he wanted and didn't want. She asked questions every step of the way and made sure he understood that the cut was a work in process so he didn't panic in the middle of it if it didn't look the way he wanted. He loved his cut! He told me that this is the only place he wants to go from now on to get his haircut, and we liked the product recommendation she made for us of styling powder to sprinkle in his hair. It's very easy for him to use and less messy than gel.
